Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following re- occurring violations of the Oshkosh Municipal
Code, which shall be corrected by compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding the

Item # 1 Code 17 -36B Complies No Comply By 07/06/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and /or hazard. This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage, debris and yard waste.
Porches /decks shall be kept free of refuse, furniture not intended for exterior use and/or stored material. The storage of
furniture, appliances and garbage on open porches is prohibited.
- Please clean up and properly dispose of all debris from the front porch, back porch, and yard. All bottles, cans, boxes; pieces
of paper, cloth, and debris shall be removed by the compliance date.

Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass, weeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. If compliance is not achieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and /or the City may issue citations for noncompliance.

Description All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right -of -ways and shall be
registered, displaying current license plates.
- The van in the attached photo is displaying plates that expired in March 2012. The tenant/owner of van shall provide this
office with evidence that the van is properly registered and is displaying current plates, by the compliance date.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Please make your tenants aware of the need to comply with the requirements of this notice. The property must be
maintained on a regular basis. Future violations of this /these ordinance(s) may be cited $232.00 per day of violation, when
found, along with written orders to correct.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/6/2012
