See attached photo. Item# 1 Code 17-36B&30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 07/23/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings Summary This is your second and final warning regarding this matter. If parking on grass continues, citations will be issued without warning. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified and return the signed confirmation. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/19/2011 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number(when applicable), and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
