Introduction An inspection of your property revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, which shall be corrected by the

Item fi 1 Code 30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 07/03/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings.
All vehicles must remain within designated parking areas. The lot where the boats, trailers and truck are currently parked, as
shown in the attached photo. has not been zoned as a designated parking area. Please move ail vehicles'o the driveway of
other proper parking/storage area.
Item if 2 Code 17-44A Complies No Comply By 07/03/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass, weeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. If compliance is not achieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or the City may issue citations for noncompliance.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
and return the signed confirmation.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by she Compliance Date of 7/3/2012
