CIP Projects - 2012

Improvements at CTH Y are mostly complete. Improvements at
Butler and Snell are in the design phase. Construction has been
North Side Railroad Quiet Zone
delayed due to the need for wetlands delineation. The quiet zone
application was submitted to the Federal Railroad Administration
(FRA) in July 2011 and received by staff June 2012
