CIP Projects - 2012 6/8/2012 Improvements at CTH Y are mostly complete. Improvements at Butler and Snell are in the design phase. Construction has been North Side Railroad Quiet Zone delayed due to the need for wetlands delineation. The quiet zone application was submitted to the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) in July 2011 and received by staff June 2012 5/16/2012 Planning commission recommended Witzel site at April 3 rd meeting. Central Garage Council approved location at April 24 meeting and approved design contract 5/16/2012 DOT to do construction for 2012 project. City funds appropriated in Poberezny Road 2012 CIP. Project scheduled to begin this summer. 2/23/2012 Design being finalized.
