(Mary May) to utilize 1449 Knapp Street on Sunday, June 10, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for the Clarity Care Lutz Mansion Home & Garden Tour event in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A.
