HomeMy WebLinkAbout25. 12-270 MAY 22, 2012 12-270 RESOLUTION (CARRIED___7-0____LOST________LAID OVER________WITHDRAWN________) PURPOSE: APPROVAL OF SPECIAL EVENT / UTILIZE CITY STREETS FOR ST THE 1 ANNUAL NED FASEL MEMORIAL RIDE / JUNE 9, 2012 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to Holly Fawley to utilize city streets – State Highway 44 st & 91, on Saturday, June 9, 2012, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., for the 1 Annual Ned Fasel Memorial Ride in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A. B. C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer shall pay the City’s actual costs for extraordinary services. This amazing young man had an incredible passion for life, contagious happiness, and an optimistic attitude which made him an inspiration to all.
