Introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order, an inspection was made on 4/18/12 to
determine the status of the corrections. The following uncorrected /reoccurring violations were noted:
Item # 1 Code 30- 36A(2) Complies No Comply By 03/23/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single - family and two- family dwellings. The camper trailer cannot be parked in the yard. Please move it to the driveway or
garage. The ice shantys cannot be stored on site.
"As of 4/18/12 the camper and one of the sheds were removed. One shed remained and a new shed has been constructed
(see item #2).
Item # 2 Code MUN 7 -8 Complies No Comply By 04/30/2012
Description No building or structure or any part thereof shall be moved, built, enlarged, altered, or demolished within the City unless a
permit is obtained. There is no permit on record for building a new shed at this address. See enclosed handout on shed
requriements.

violations are requried to be corrected on or before 4/30/12.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 3/23/2012
