The structure must meet the following requirements: The elevation of the lowest floor excluding the basement or crawlway, shall be at or above an elevation that is 2' above the 100 year floodfting elevation at the site, The fill elevation shall be !foot or more above the regional flood elevation extending at least 15 feet beyond the limits of the structure. A post-construction elevation survey shall be provided to this office, prepared by a registered land surveyor, depicting the final grades around the building and in the vicinity of the improvements that will be constructed in the floodway area.
