* This addition is being constructed within the 100 year floodftinge of Sawyer
Creek. The structure must meet the following requirements:
The elevation of the lowest floor excluding the basement or crawlway, shall
be at or above an elevation that is 2' above the 100 year floodfting elevation
at the site,
The fill elevation shall be !foot or more above the regional flood elevation
extending at least 15 feet beyond the limits of the structure. (fill radius).
. A post-construction elevation survey shall be provided to this office, prepared by
a registered land surveyor, depicting the final grades around the building and in
the vicinity of the improvements that will be constructed in the floodway area.
This survey will show that the fmal grades are in compliance with zoning
requirements and the fill permit issued on July 22,2003.

occupancy of the addition will be approved.

. Landscaping: Please provide updated plan for landscaping around east parking
lot, since the final configuration is differeut than that on the submitted landscape
plan.
REVIEW AUTHORITY
As per Section 30-5 Enforcement of the City Zoning Ordinance, the Director of Community Development, or
designee, must approve all plans, except the following: (1) Alterations or interior work when the use is conforming
and when no change in use is proposed. (2) Maintenance items, e.g. siding, windows, etc., when the use is
conforming and when no change is proposed.
