1. NOTE: No change in use ofthe principal establishments is occurring. AS'f'
2. NOTE: This review is for the proposed accessory storage building in south~rner of lot.
3. CONDITION: Property must provide a total of 31 spaces for all uses. Applicant shows 27 spaces
currently. Four code compliant spaces must be added to site.
4. NOTE: No landscaping required due to M-2 District status.
5. NOTE: Exterior lighting is not included in review, as it is not supplied. No additional exterior
lighting shall be installed prior to a photometric plan being provided and approved.
6. NOTE: Signage is not included in review. No signage shall be installed until proper permit has
been applied for and approved.
7. NOTE: Per applicant, no utilities will be run to the proposed building. Should any exterior
mechanical equipment be provided at. any time, they must be screened in accordance with Section
30-35 (1)(5).
8. CONDITION: No open storage area shown on submitted plans. Thus, no open storage of
materials is permitted on site.
9. NOTE: Per applicant, new building materials and colors provided will match or closely resemble
existing building materials and colors.
