Section 27 -22 of the municipal code defines how vehicles are to properly park in stalls in municipal lots. The section prohibits vehicles from backing into stalls except in a few lots, and except for motorcycles. After reviewing this ordinance with the Police Department, there is no particular enforcement benefit with this ordinance. It makes sense to revise the ordinance to provide for greater consistency across City parking lots.
