These services include: Dial -A -Ride, Cabulance, Rural Elderly and Disabled Bus Service, Advocap Mealsite Transportation and the Oshkosh to Neenah Route. These services enhance mobility options in the City and the County, with most of these programs oriented toward the elderly and disabled citizens of Oshkosh and Winnebago County. This resolution would approve a similar agreement for calendar year 2012. Analysis The proposed agreement with the County contains no changes in services compared to those provided in previous years. The funding level has been adjusted upward slightly, to reflect the increasing demand for these programs. Fiscal Impact The agreement with the County will allow the transit system to provide more cost - effective transportation options to City residents as well as others living elsewhere in the County. The agreement is beneficial to the County in that it allows the grant funding it receives to be matched with Federal and state funding, to provide improved mobility options. Recommendation The Transportation Department recommends the Common Council approve this agreement with Winnebago County for Transportation Services as presented.
