Oshkosh Fire Department, Oshkosh Fire Department Chief Officers, Oshkosh Professional Police Officers Association, Oshkosh Police Supervisors Association and AFSCME 796 (Transit) pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e)of the Wisconsin State Statutes where competitive bargaining reasons require a closed session.
