Possible decision to switch to automated refuse may prolong review • Schedule for Review and Consideration of Automated Refuse • Status- Council workshop on January 10; Council Consideration by March • Request for Inspection Advisory Committee minutes • Status- Minutes will given to council members as meetings are conducted • Strategic Plan o Improve the public's knowledge and understanding of city operations • Conducted initial customer service training to provide common levels of service • Status- • Upgrade City website to enhance ease of use and information sharing • Status- • Reactivate the citizens academy to provide educational opportunities • Status- Postponed due to lack of interest.
