HomeMy WebLinkAboutProperty/Building Maintenance - 11/21/1985 WISCONSIN ~ November 21, 1985 Mr. Thomas Eiremann 2110 White Swan Drive Oshkosh, WI., 54901 Dear Mr. Eiremann: On November 20, 1985, I reinspected portions of your property known as 1212 Waugoo Avenue to assure compl iance with my letter to you dated September 3, 1985. During the reinspection, I noted that there are at least 10 uncorrected code violations sti 1 I existing and was made aware of 3 new ones. The new violations are as follows! 24. entry. There is no 1 ight fixture for the front exterior A light fixture shall be installed. (Permit) 25. The tailpiece on the first floor bathroom sink is loose causing it to leak severly. This leak shall be corrected along with the replacement of the sink as re~ qui red in item #12 of my original letter. 26. The rear door to the first floor kitchen does not have an entry set. A locking entry set shall be in- stalled. 27. The tub waste to the first floor bathtub leaks. See item #4 of original letter. This leak shall be re- paired. 28. The hole made in the wall behind the kitchen sink on the first floor made by the plumber shal I be re- paired. 29. There are no permits on file for the plumbing re- pairs or the waterheater. Inasmuch as the plumbing re- pairs were done under orders. permits are required. On December 12, 1985. I will reinspect the property to assure compliance.
