This is free for everyone. We have a petting zoo, pony rides, inflatable castle, hotdogs, popcorn, caramel apples, hot apple cider, hot chocolate, balloons, treat bags for the children and door prizes for the parents to win. Our goal is an alternative to the usual trick-or-treating; to have a safe place for children and their families to enjoy the evening together that doesn't cost them anything. Each year I have mailed in a letter frohi our church for this event and the city council has always granted our request to hold this event as a block party. I hope that will be the case this year. To my knowledge it has always been a positive experience for our neighborhood and others who have attended. Thank you, Dianne Magnuson Event Coordinator
