To The Members of The Oshkosh City Council:
As the property owner of 4812 State Road 91, Oshkosh,WI I will not relinquish any of my property to
the City of Oshkosh. I am opposed to the official mapping of the Sawyer Creek Basin future storm
water detention area located at James Road and State Road 91 in the Town of Algoma and Town of
Omro. I am opposed to the detention area altogether.
