Item # 1 Code 17 - 36B & 30 - 36a (2) Complies No Comply By 09129/20 Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of single - family and two - family dwellings. Your vehicle was found to be parked on a vacant lot where no vehicles may be parked or stored. Remove the vehicle immediately. Summary A re- inspection will be made on 9130111 to verify compliance with this order. If it is found that you are still not in compliance, a citation will be issued. Citations for ordinance violations may be issued at $232.00 per day of violation. Please address the violation(s) immediately and call (920)236 -5137 to verify compliance with this office. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Cali for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
