Provide design changes to the grading and storm sewer from Station 14 +50 to Station 15 +75 to accommodate OWNER- requested alignment and grading changes. 3. Provide up to four design change iterations to Junction Chamber JC -1 to accommodate OWNER- requested alternative alignments. 4. Provide one additional submittal of the drawings and specifications to OWNER incorporating the changes. 5. Provide one additional meeting with OWNER to discuss the additional submittal including preparation and meeting minutes. 6. Provide a final submittal of drawings and specifications to OWNER incorporating changes. 7. Provide resubmittal of state wage rates. 8. Additional Services to accommodate OWNER - requested conversion of Bid Documents to its 2011 standards. Services will include the following: a. Update the Contract 11 -01 Proposal to be consistent with OWNER's new standard bid items received on February 7, 2011. Update quantities to be consistent with standard bid items. b. Update the Special Conditions to be consistent with OWNER's new standard specifications and bid items received on February 7, 2011. c. Update Sheet 2 of the drawings to be consistent with OWNER's new standard bid items received on February 7, 2011. Make modifications to notes on drawings to be consistent with OWNER's 2011 Standards. Prepare for, attend, and create meeting minutes for a 95 percent review meeting (web- based). f. Submit a final submittal of drawings and specifications incorporating requested changes from the 95 percent review meeting. g. Proposal, Special Conditions, and Sheet 2 will only be updated for OWNER's standard specifications and bid items received by the close of business on Monday, February 14, 2011. It is anticipated that this will include specification sections described under OWNER's Responsibilities. It is also anticipated that ENGINEER will not receive OWNER's standard Paving Section (Section 1000s). ENGINEER will use Special Provisions for bid items for which OWNER does not provide standard bid items and specifications." Under Compensation, CHANGE $131,520 to "$170,520." Under Schedule, CHANGE November 20, 2009, to "February 28, 2011." Under OWNER's Responsibilities, ADD the following: "7. Provide OWNER's standard specifications and bid items."
