AMENDMENT NUMBER 1
TO
CONSULTING AGREEMENT DATED December 23, 2009
Project Name: Melvin Avenue Storm Water Pump Station
Project Number: 60145509
This Amendment is made between AECOM Technical Services, Inc., ( "ATS ") with offices at
4135 Technology Parkway, Sheboygan, Wisconsin, 53083 and City of Oshkosh ( "CLIENT "), with offices
at 215 Church Ave., Oshkosh, WI 54903.
AMENDMENT DESCRIPTION:
1. Structural and Architectural design changes related to incorporating a "green" roof system.
a. Revisions to the roof details for the green roof and higher parapet.
b. Revisions to the building sections and elevations for the higher parapet.
c. Revisions to the roof design and overall structural design to incorporate additions to
accommodate the "green" roof design elements.
d. Writing a new specification for the green roof system which includes the insulation, roof
membrane and plant trays. Our intent is to specify green roof trays that will be included
as part of the roof system for construction coordination and single- source manufacturer's
warrantee.
2. Plan Commission /Architecture Review.
a. Preparation of elevations, details and colored 3D perspectives for City use in
presentations to the City's Plan Commission /Architecture Review.
3. Acoustical Evaluation of Generator
a. Estimate the sound level resulting from generator operation, measured at the asphaltic
pavement located due east of the Generator Room.
b. Estimate how much sound reduction would be accomplished by a stand of evergreen
trees located between the asphaltic pavement and the Generator Room.
c. Estimate how much sound reduction would be accomplished by a wood fence located
between the asphaltic pavement and the Generator Room.
CONTRACT COST:
Contract Price prior to this Amendment: $151,800.00
Estimated Cost Increase /Decrease by this Amendment: $ 11,300.00
Revised Estimated Contract Price including this Amendment: $163,100.00
CLIENT confirms reading this document in full. This Amendment, when executed by ATS, is an offer to
perform the SERVICES, open for acceptance within 30 days. This Amendment becomes effective on the
date CLIENT signs below:
In all other respects, the Agreement remains the same.
