Accomplishments
BID Marketing Consortium
❖ Prepared for the monthly meeting
❖ Worked with Chair of Consortium for planning purposes
❖ Sent out prior minutes and agenda to all marketing consortium members
❖ Worked on Budget for 2012
❖ Collected Contributions/Event Contributions
❖ Updated Downtown Website
❖ Developed and distributed Newsletter through Constant Contact
❖ Discussed advertising strategies for 2012
• Halloween Committee
❖ Held meetings with chair for planning purposes
❖ Worked on special events permit
❖ Worked on obtaining volunteers for the event
❖ Organized food and drink vendors
❖ Organized sponsorships
Holiday Committee
❖ Attended meetings with committee to discuss planning for 2011 holiday
❖ Worked on special events permit
❖ Organized food and drink vendors
❖ Assisted in the arrangement of pre - parade activities
❖ Shared advertising ideas with the committee

❖ Obtained a storage unit for the BID
❖ Acquired pricing for advertisement pertaining to the new logo for downtown
❖ Promoted upcoming events on the CVB website

regards to Downtown BID
