Dear Darrell:
It was very nice talking with you today about your claim filed with the City of Oshkosh.
In our phone conversation you indicated you were picking up cans by the Leach Theater
by the River walk and you went to get onto your bike and couldn't get your foot onto the
peddle of your 3 wheeler fast enough and rolled back into the river. You were not injured
and reported the loss to the police Department.
We have determined that there was no negligence on the City and are regretfully denying
your claim.
Sincerely,
Lois Reynolds
