other good and valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt of Recording Area C„ 1.
which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor does hereby give and grant unto Name and Return Address
the Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement in, under and over the
land hereinafter described, including the right to enter upon said land for City Attorney's Office
the purpose of construction, maintaining, and repairing a public sidewalk over, Oshkosh, WI 54903 - 1130
under and upon certain tracts of land situated in the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago
County, Wisconsin, and described as follows:

A parcel of land being part of the NW '/4 of the SW '/4 of Section 24, T 18N, R 16E, Lots 21 -17 of Block 2 Subdivision of Jackson'
Replat, 1 Ward, City of Oshkosh,
Winnebago County, Wisconsin, being described as follows:
The north 13 feet of the east 4 feet of Lot 21 and the east 4 feet of Lots 20, 19 and 18 and the
south 17 feet of the east 4 feet of Lot 17 of Block 2 Subdivision of Jackson's Replat.
Upon exercising any of the rights herein granted, Grantee shall cause the property, soil and grass to be repaired and
replaced in a condition similar to its condition immediately prior thereto, and obligates itself to pay to Grantor, it successors and
assigns, all actual damages caused by repair, installation, operation, repair or removal of said sidewalk over and through said
property.
The public sidewalk subject to this easement results from the reconstruction of Main Street. Other than the fact that this
portion of the public sidewalk is placed on private property, this shall in all other respects be treated as any other public sidewalk
is treated pursuant to local and state laws, including but not limited to, maintenance responsibilities, costs to repair and/or replace,
and the right of the public to use for all lawful purposes. No improvements by Grantor are allowed within area reserved for the
public sidewalk. Improvements include, but are not limited to, building structures, driveways, parking areas, landscaping or
fences. Any improvement shall be allowed only by special exception of the Board of Public Works.
This easements shall be recorded with the Winnebago County Register of Deeds, shall run in perpetuity, shall attach to
the property described herein, shall run with the land, and shall be a limitation on the use of the property by the Grantor's
successors and assigns. Nothing in this easement shall limit, either directly or indirectly, the effect of the municipal liability
limitations identified in Section 893.80, and other relevant sections of the Wisconsin Statutes.
