Rehabilitation Loan through the City of Oshkosh. A copy of that letter is enclosed.

Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/23/2011

RE: Housing Rehabilitation Application
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Sawall:
Thank you for submitting an application for the City of Oshkosh Housing Improvement Loan program.
The Housing Rehabilitation Loan Committee has determined that we cannot provide you a rehabilitation
loan at this time. This is due to a number of factors, including the current condition of the property, the
amount of current mortgages and liens against the property, your financial situation, and the projected
loan to value.
During our inspection of your property, health and safety violations were noted related to the venting of
your boiler, water heater, and gas fireplace. The City may be able to provide assistance to you through
our Critical Repair Loan program to correct your boiler and water heater venting, along with removal of
your gas fireplace. Another inspection with the Building Inspector will be required to assess the work
needed to address those safety concerns. If interested, please contact me at 236 -5056 to arrange for an
inspection.
You may be interested to know that a local agency called ADVOCAP has a Weatherization program that
may be able to assist you with your weatherization needs. If you would like more information, call the
ADVOCAP Weatherization Department at 426 -0150.
