Item # 1 Code 17 -36B Complies No Comply 6y09122/2011 Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and /or hazard. This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Porches /decks shall be kept free of refuse, furniture not intended for exterior use and /or stored material. The storage of furniture, appliances and garbage on open porches is prohibited. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due dates(s) to schedule a re- inspection of the property. Use or storing upholstered furniture /furniture not intended for exterior use on open porches or lawns is prohibited. Please remove the couch from the porch. Please clean up all junk and debris from the yard and porch, as shown in the attached photos. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/22 /2011 Office hours are Monday thr gh Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or by appointment.
