Introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order, an inspection was made on 8/16111 to
determine the status of the corrections. The following uncorrected /reoccurring violations were noted:

Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Upholstered
furniture may not be stored on open porches or in the yardldrivoway. Move the sofa that is on the front porch inside or remove
it from the premises.
Summary A re-inspection will be made on 8131111 to verify compliance with this order. If it is found that you are still not in compliance, a
citation will be issued. Citations for ordinance violations may be issued at $232.00 per day of violation. Please address the
violation(s) immediately and call (920)236 -5137 to verify compliance with this office.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/5/2011 FINAL NOTICE
