Item # 1 Code MUN 17 - 36A Complies No Comply By 0813112011 Description The exterior of every structure or accessary structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance, Please repair the damaged soffit and fascia area where squirrels are getting in. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s) to schedule a re- fnspeclion of the property. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the own er /contractorlagent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/31/2011 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment. Subject: Correction Notice 918 Nebraska St Attachments: Lueck's Contract.jpg Dear Sir: This is regarding the correction notice for 918 Nebraska St. The notice requires the soffit and fascia on the east side of the garage to be repaired. The compliance date on the notice is 31 August, 2011. We have engaged Lueck's Home Improvements of Oshkosh to complete the necessary repairs. However, they have told us that they will need to order the material and the installation may not be completed by 31 August but will be done as soon as the material arrives, If you have any questions regarding this matter please call Steve from Lueek's at 235 -0106.
