Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking
spaces, except in the driveways of single - family and two - family dwellings. Please move the trailer to a designated parking
area (driveway or garage) and remove the box spring & mattress.
Summ_ ary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
and return the signed confirmation. .-:
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/8/2011
