Item # t Code 17 -368 Complies No Comply By 09/14/2011 Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Remove the sofa from the yard. Upholstered furniture is not allowed to be stored outside or on open porches. Also, all grass and weeds are required to be maintained at 8" or less. At inspection there was a vehicle parked on the lawn in front of the shed and a trailer also parked on the grass. Move all vehicles and trailers to either the driveway or garage. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due dates(s) to schedule a re- inspection of the property. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
