HANDRAILS ARE REQUIRED ON BOTH SIDES OF OPEN STEPS, CODE COMPLIANT HANDRAILS AND GUARDRAILS ARE REQUIRED ON THE NORTHEAST ENTRY (REAR). 8. 1E -33A (9) DEADBOLT LOCKING DEVICES AND SOLID CORE DOORS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL LIVIN UNIT ENTRY /EXIT -DOORS (NOT COMMON DOORS). THE LOWER REAR AND WEST DOOR ARE HOLLOW CORE, ONE NOT HAVING A DEADBOLT LOCK. 9. 16-35A (1) THE DAMAGED DOOR AND LOCK (DEADBOLT ) ON THE EXTERIOR FRONT ENTRY SHALL 13E REPLACED AND THE LOCK MADE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY WITH REPAIR TO THE DOOR JAMB.
