Item # 1 Code 17 - 368 & 17 - 44A Complies No Comply By 08 /16/201 Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass, weeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date above. If compliance is not achieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs incurred plus an administative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply. Trim the areas along your fence and side of the house. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s) to schedule a re- inspection of the property, Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the own erlcontractorlagent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance pate of 8/16/2011 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4 :30 p.m. or by appointment.
