A permit and /or permits issued by the Code Enforcement Division may be required to correct the violation(s) cited. To date I have not received any plans, nor have I received any notice telling me when 1 can expect to receive these plans. It has now been over 8 months since I first ordered you to submit these plans and it has been over 7 years since you were first informed of the Illegal conversion from a duplex to a triplex. Since this department has received very little cooperation on your behalf to rectify this situation you are now ordered to convert this structure to an allowed use.
