It has come to the attention of the City that the home and property at 502 Waugoo Ave. are for sale (see attached flyer). In
May, 2005 a handicap ramp was constructed within the front yard setback area, as permitted by the Zoning Code for use the
current resident. If the occupant requiring the ramp is no longer a resident of the home, the ramp must be removed.

Summary In order to gain compliance with the zoning code, the ramp Ioc d within the setback areas must be removed or verification
that the ramp remains neccessary for access to the home be provided from the Zoning Administrator. Attached is a ramp flyer
with pertinent information highlighted. Failure to act on this Notice of Correction may result in the issuance of Municipal
Citations for violation of the City of Oshkosh Municipal Code.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 11/12/2006
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236 -5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of ds to be inspected.
