Introduction The following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Ordinances have been forwarded to this office for correction following a
complaint from the Streets Department of the city of Oshkosh.

Description No owner or wont shall allow on any p remises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass, weeds and other like vegitativo growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Gate
above. If compliance is not achieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus are administative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply.

and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Gate of 812/201
