Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass, weeds and other like ve+gitative growth in oxcess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Gate
above. If compliance is not achieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply.
Summary By policy, if repeat or similar violations of this nature are found on this property or others you may own a warning will not be issued and the City
at its option %~rill take measures to co rrect and bill you for the costs andfor issue citations for non- cornpliarice. It is the responsibility of every
property owner to confirm complia n oe with these orders by the Compliance Date. Please contact the issuing inspector prior to this date
'violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for r'einspections prior to concealment
and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractorlagent must sign and date at the bottorn of this notice
and return it to the Inspection S ervices Division by the Complianco Gate of 81212011
