The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass, greeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date above.. If compliance is not achieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth scut and the costs incur plus an administative fee will be billed to the property owner andfor City may issue citations for failure to comply. Summary By policy, if repeat or similar violations of this nature are found on this property or ethers you may own a warning will not be issued and the City at its option will take measures to correct and hill you for the casts and/or issue citations for non-compliance.
