Introduction An inspection of your property du ring inspections in the neighborhood revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh
Municipal Code, which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions

Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass, greeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above.. If compliance is not achieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth scut and the costs
incur plus an administative fee will be billed to the property owner andfor City may issue citations for failure to comply.
Summary By policy, if repeat or similar violations of this nature are found on this property or ethers you may own a warning will not be issued and the City
at its option will take measures to correct and hill you for the casts and/or issue citations for non-compliance. It is the responsibility of every
property owner to confirm compliance with these carders by the Compliance Date. Please contact the issuing inspector prier to this date
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspoctions prior to concealment
and /or occupancy. Upon +comploting the corrections, the ownericontractorlagent must sign and date at the bottom of this notico
