Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Please contact
this office on or before the scheduled due dates(s) to schedule a re- inspecion of the property. Upholstered fumiture is not allowed on open
porches. PLEASE MOVE THE COUCH AND OFFICE CHAIRS INDOORS OR DISPOSE OF THEM PROPERLY. PLEASE CLEAN UP AND
REMOVE ALL DEBRIS FROM BENEATH THE PORCH.

and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/18/2011 FINAL NOTICE
