Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Please contact
this office on or before the scheduled due dates(s) to schedule a re- inspecion of the property. Upholstered fumiture is not allowed on open
porches. PLEASE MOVE THE CHAIR INDOORS OR DISPOSE OF PROPERLY. PLEASE ATTACH, STORE, OR PROPERLY DISPOSE
OF THE WOODEN DOOR FRAME THAT IS ON THE PORCH, AS SHOWN IN THE ATTACHED PHOTOS.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/28/2011
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
