1 16 -37A (1) The owner of every dwelling shall be reponsible for maintaining in a safe, clean and
good condition all communal, shared or public areas of the dwelling and appurtenant
premises. Yards shall be maintained by the owner according to the provisions of
Section 18 -69A and 18 -79.1B of the Oshkosh Property Maintenance Code.
2 16 -35A (6) No owner shall rent to any other person for occupancy or allow any person to occupy
any dwelling unit or premises unless it is safe and clean, and complies with all
provisions of the Minimum Housing Code and Section 18 -79.1 of the Property
Maintenance Code.
3 30 -32B (5) Vehicles are being parked in the front designated setback where gravel has been
30 -23B (1) installed for parking. A variance was requested to allow this parking and was denied
November 3, 1993. Therefore this parking area shall be abandoned and no further
parking shall occur in the area. The gravel shall be removed and top soil installed and
the area seeded with grass. Any vehicles found parked in this area will be ticketed
and court action pursued. The gravel shall be removed and the area seeded 30 days
from the date of this notice.
CORRECTION SCHEDULE
Item #3 shall be corrected before July 28, 1995.
