This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Last Updated Summary Upon reinspection, some debris had been removed from the yard and the television set had been rem oved from the porch. The upholstered chair had not been removed from the porch and there were numerous items of junk scattered around the lawn as shown in the photos. A re- inspection will be made on July 14, 2011 to verify compliance with this order. If it is found that you are still not in compliance, a citation may be issued. Please address the violation(s) immediately and call (920)236 -5137 to verify compliance with this office. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and /or occupancy. PLEASE MOVE THE UPHOLSTERED CHAIR INDOORS OR DISPOSE OF PROPERLY. PLEASE REMOVE THE TOYS, CAR SEATS, KITCHEN WARE, AND ALL OTHER JUNK AND DEBRIS FROM THE YARD AND AROUND THE HOUSE.
