Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as- specified. Please contact
this office on or before the scheduled due dates(s) to schedule a re- inspection of the property. PLEASE REMOVE THE SKATEBOARDS,
TOYS, METAL RAILINGS, AND ALL OTHER DEBRIS FROM AROUND THE PORCH AND HOUSE. ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS SHOULD BE
DISPOSED OF PROPERLY.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/12/2011
