Introduction The following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Ordinances have been forwarded to this office for correction following a
complaint. Upon inspection numerous lots were found to be in violation.

property owner to confirm compliance with these orders by the Compliance Date. Please contact the issuing inspector prior to this date. ALL
LOTS SHOULD BE MAINTAINED ON A REGULAR BASIS.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/15/2011
