(City Manager's Office, Room 101, City Hall) The Common Council may convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(g) of the Wisconsin State Statutes to confer with legal counsel concerning strategy to be adopted with respect to litigation in which the City may become involved in relation to a claim submitted by Janice and Sean Adams; and, to discuss negotiation strategies for acquisition of public property rights for riverwalk purposes for property owned by City Center Associates, LLC located along the Fox River east of Jackson Street pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin State Statutes where competitive and bargaining reasons require a closed session.
