Item # 1 Code 17 - 36B Compliance No Compliance Date 08/07/2002 IMMEDIATELY Description On all residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, and eyesore shall be removed or properly stored. Unlicensed and /or inoperable vehicles & auto parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises. Item # 2 Code 30 - 36A (4) Compliance No Compliance Date 08/07/2002 IMMEDIATELY Description The parking of vehicles including recreational & trailers on lawns or areas not designated for parking is prohibited. If approved additional parking may be installed with permit. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Failure to confirm compliance {236 -5137} will result in citations being issued and court action pursued. A REINSPECTION WILL BE MADE ON AUGUST 7, 2002 TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE.
