The following uncorrected /reoccurring violations were noted: Item # 1 Code 17 - 36B Compliance No Compliance Date 05/26/2011 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public 06/13/2011 nuisance, eyesore and /or hazard. This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Please remove any junk and debris from the yard. Also, the side porch cannot be used as a storage area. Remove any appliances or Last stored materials. BACK YARD FULL OF JUNK AND DEBRIS. SIDE PORCH STILL BEING USED TO STORE APPLIANCES. Updated Summary A re- inspection will be made on 6/21/11 to verify compliance with this order. If it is found that you are still not in compliance, a citation may be issued. Please address the violation(s) immediately and call (920)236 -5137 to verify compliance with this office. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/26/2011 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment.
