and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/7/02
Introduction An inspection of your property revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, which shall be corrected by
the compliance dates specified for each item.

Description The parking of vehicles including recreational & trailers on lawns or areas not designated for parking is prohibited. If approved
additional parking may be installed with permit.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Failure to confirm compliance {236 -5137} will result in citations being issued and court action pursued. A
REINSPECTION WILL BE MADE ON AUGUST 7, 2002 TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE.
DEFICIENCIES MUST BE CORRECTED AND APPROVED BEFORE CONCEALMENT. CALL (920) 236 - 5050 FOR INSPECTION.
