Introduction An inspection o' your property revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, which shall be corrected by
the compliance dates specified for each item.

Description On all residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates •a public nuisance, and eyesore which affects
property values shall be removed or properly stored. This includes the proper storage of garbage.
Item # 2 Code 17 Compliance No Compliance Date 08/15/2002 IMMEDIATELY
Description The owner of prcperty in the city shall cut or cause to be cut grass and weeds (vegetative growth) in excess of 8 inches in
height to include trimming along building foundations and fence /property lines & terraces.
Summary It is the respons bility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Failure to confirm compliance (236 -5137) will result in citations being issued and court action pursued.
