Item# Order Findings of Inspection
1. ILHR82.10(1) "basic principle of environmental sanitation and safety through properly designed, installed
and maintained plumbing systems." The building sanitary sewer is not functioning as
required, allowing the depositing of waste under the building and must be repaired.
2. ILHR82.21(2) "All plumbing systems, both existing and new, and all parts thereof, shall be maintained in a
safe and sanitary condition." Accumulated waste in the crawl space under the building from
deposits of the building drain must be removed.
3. ILHR82.30(3) "The load factor on drain piping shall be computed in terms of drainage fixture unit values
specified in Table 82.30 -1 and sized according to Table 82.30 -2 ". The laundry waste and
kitchen sink waste are discharged through the same horizontal 1 -1/2" drain.
4. 1LHR82.30(8) Change of direction in drain pipe must be accomplished with the use of approved radius
fittings as listed in Table 82.30 -4. The laundry drain is installed with radius fittings that do
not meet those required by code.
5. ILHR82.32(3) "Each plumbing fixture...shall be separately trapped by a water seal trap, ". The laundry
drain is not trapped.
6. ILHR82.31(3) "Every trap and trapped plumbing fixture shall be provided with an individual vent ". The
laundry stand pipe is not trapped or vented.
7. 1LHR82.60 Plastic horizontal drain pipe must be supported every 4 feet or change of direction.
Deficiencies must be corrected and approved before
concealment. Call (414) 236 -5050 for Inspection.
