Call for reinspections prior to concealment and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/15/02 Introduction An inspection of your property revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. Item # 1 Code 17 - 36B Compliance No Compliance Date 08/15/2002 IMMEDIATELY Description which creates a public nuisance, and eyesore generating complaints from neighbors shall be removed or properly stored. This includes the proper storage of GARBAGE and TOYS when not in use. Garbage shall be properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Failure to confirm compliance {236 -5137} will result in citations being issued and court action pursued. DEFICIENCIES MUST BE CORRECTED AND APPROVED BEFORE CONCEALMENT.
