Item # 1 Code SS 101.647 Compliance No Compliance Date 06/10/2011 IMMEDIATELY Description The owner of a dwelling shall install a functional carbon monoxide detector in the basement of the dwelling and on each floor 06/03/2011 level except the attic, garage, or storage area of each dwelling unit. The occupant of the dwelling unit shall maintain any carbon monoxide detector in that unit. Item # 4 Code MUN 16- 33A(4) Compliance No Compliance Date 07/03/2011 - Description Every dwelling unit shall have water - heating facilities, which are properly installed, maintained in good working condition and 06/03/2011 capable of supplying hot water to all fixtures. Tenants stated that the water heater is not working properly and there is very limited amounts of hot water available.
