Item # 2 Code MUN 16 37A(3) Compliance No Compliance Date 06/14/2011 IMMEDIATELY Description Owners or agents shall notify the tenants and insure that garbage shall be properly stored to the rear of the dwelling farthest 06/07/2011 away from any public street or sidewalk. Garbage shall not be placed out for pickup earlier than 4:00 p.m. the day before garbage pickup. Garbage is to be set out for pickup at least once a week. Empty containers are to be returned back to the Last storage area. Please inform your tenants of the storage requirements which includes storage of the blue recycling carts. Updated Summary A re- inspection will be made on 6/15/11 to verify compliance with this order. If it is found that you are still not in compliance, a citation may be issued to the occupants causing the violation.
